Training

Hey guys,

  There will be training on thursday(5/2/09) 6pm. Meet at tamp stadium for running, pull ups and abs exercises. Followed by gymming afterwards.

To those who wanna come and just have fun, i suggest you just go home. No point coming, not only that you distract others but their performances as well. Don't come too late. The later we start the later we finish.

Remember to bring towels, shoes, etc...

Ouhh and khai, your friend wanna do gymming only right?? Ask him to come later, ard 7.30 like dat..

Right.. so where did we head off?? Oh yeah as usual went to play dota the past few days but there's one thing that was new to most of us..

 hahaha apparently some of us are non-smokers but they tried it anyway. Tastes like shit was what they say..haha !! But overall slacking and talkking was just the best :D And come to think of it, shisha has made me lose stamina like crazy.. Competition is next week and i better take care of my body..
